My Favorite Blogs

Belinda Cunningham created an exciting “pay it forward” event. She chose to list and write briefly about her 10 favorite blogs. Then she gifted each blog with “The Blog Mastery Award.” And all she asked in return is that each “winner” would then select their favorite 10 blogs and offer that same Blog Mastery Award.

I was fortunate to be named among my colleague and friend, Darlene Davis’ 10 favorite blogs. So I am now paying it forward. On this page, I am listing my 10 favorite blogs, including the blog of Darlene Davis and adding an addition, Belinda Cunningham’s.

For each blog, I have quoted directly from the writer to offer you a flavor of what that person’s mission and blog site is all about. But you will only understand why I selected these as my favorites if you take the time to click on their links and ready some of their delightful, enlightening, sometimes humourous and always educational, blogs.  They are not listed in any particular order of favorites.  I enjoy them all.  I hope you enjoy them as well.

“Independent ease … is all about being comfortable with who you are. It’s only taken me half a life time to discover through challenges, hardships, broken hearts, and successes, that everything turns out okay – no matter how bleak the situation. Simply because the wisest one you’ll ever know (and should listen to) – is yourself.
It is through this perspective that I share unraveling life experiences to discover independent ease, a path to true self-reliance and personal joy.”

5. (Deb Augur)
“I’m a web developer, which is different than a web designer because I do more than design and build websites. I’m also highly experienced in permission marketing, ecommerce, social media, driving traffic, copywriting, marketing and more.
I strive to make the experience of building your presence on the web an interesting, fun and incredibly smooth process. My belief is that communicating understanding about how to use emerging user-friendly technology results in easier and quicker success online for any small business or entrepreneur. With more than eight years experience, plus daily participation in the space, I can help you get you where you want to be on the web.”

6. (Darlene Davis)
“In this almost year and a half I have learned about attraction marketing, connecting with family friends and business associates on Facebook, Twitter, Blogging, and all the attendant programs that bring social media full circle.
I’ve joined a new company that is growing beyond our wildest dreams. There are times when it is hard to sleep because this opportunity compels me to action and adventure! I am developing the discipline of focusing on the goal and for the first time in my life NOT being an employee.
My challenge to you is to spread your wings, open yourself to ventures you never thought were possible and ride the waves of growth and freedom. My goal is to help you do just that!
Love what you do and you’ll never work a day in your life!”

“Does Your Relationship Lack Passion?
Do You Want More Romance, More Sensuality, More Intimacy?
Are You Interested In . . .
• Bringing back the romance?
• Having a more fulfilling sex life?
• Fighting less and loving more?
• Getting back to that “honeymoon” state?”

8. (Debby Beachy)
“The source of my strength and all that lies within me,
Oh Lord, comes from you and You alone”
“Many people over the years have told me, I need to write a book. I’ve asked my husband what is it with me that attracts people? Tim said, (my husband) it’s your spirit and that bright smile of yours, it shines. My friend at the university that played such an important role with my business said to me one day over coffee, Debby, “you know what it is about you, it’s your personality, people trust you because of your winning personality”.
Attraction marketing, little did I know then what it was. My inner spirit shinning forth with great force brought people to me! I had keys to people’s homes coming through the mail, to me! Clients wanted me to open their lake cottage before they arrived, they didn’t even know me. I had a website and they might have had a friend that lived on the lake and that’s all it took.”
“I will seek You in the mornings as the sun
meets the sky, I will seek You in the mornings,
there I will abide”

9. (Melissa McCloud)
“Success is neither magical nor mysterious. Success is the natural consequence of consistently applying the basic fundamentals.” – Jim Rohn
“All compromise is based on give and take, but there can be no give and take on fundamentals. Any compromise on mere fundamentals is a surrender. For it is all give and no take.” -Mohandas Gandhi
“Fundamentals. That’s what this blog is all about.
In network marketing, as in any business, the fundamentals never change.
HELLO! That’s why they are called fundamentals–because they are the basic principles upon which truth is derived and success is built.”

10. (Aline Munsch)
“Instead of waiting until the perfect purpose statement falls into my lap, this is what is emerging out of my self reflection:
Helping women transition through patriarchal cultural conditioning, where we are not fully utilizing all our abilities because a part of us is waiting for approval in our psyche. Helping each other take bold steps into the future and together co-create a better world by reconnecting to who we really are, the energetic universe and earth, healing the split in ourselves first and thus helping each others do the same.”

11.“My Mission in life is to have a positive impact on the evolving human
consciousness through teaching the ideals of Personal Empowerment. I am a voracious reader of anything related to personal growth, creating a prosperity conscious, including from the writers of the past century and beyond. I spend time writing everyday, and believe it is one of the most fulfilling activities anyone
can partake in, even if you don’t think you can write well! My personal belief is that we are here to share ourselves with others and do everything in our power to help create a better world for all through actions based on integrity.”
